A Man Under A Lonely Sunset?
There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call LONELY SUNSET.
My name is Art Rodriguez (or by my penname, KanjiiZ), and I’m what I’d like to call an anime and manga writer that would someday like to go freelance. I came up watching anime from the likes of Yu Yu Hakusho and as much as I hate to say it, Naruto. I almost dropped out of anime completely, but Anime Selects on Comcast brought me back up. I was a typical anime fan who found shows like Maburaho and To Heart to be the greatest ever. I’ve changed now and am more picky, so don’t expect me to fall in love as easily with shows like everyone else does.
I’m sure there are others out there like me, so in this blog I try to get across one thing: passion and relation. I’m a passionate guy about my hobby and don’t hold back. Here at Lonely Sunset, you will get alot of fanboy backlash and even some more professional sides. I’m nowhere near a well known blogger and stuff so I don’t get screeners and don’t have to kiss up to get free anime and stuff so I assure you you are getting 100% honesty.
When it comes to taste, they are all over the place. I’ll watch an old OVA from the 80’s and then watch Ore Imo right after that, so as long as it’s quality I’ll watch it. I used to be an huge anti-moe advocate, but I’ve become somewhat attached after watching K-On! However, I refuse to watch terrible shows like Koihime Musou and Kanon though. The idea of baby faced DD girls terrifies me.
